The team includes professionals with expertise in stormwater management, MS4 permit compliance, inspections and enforcement, illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE), construction and industrial stormwater oversight, data tracking and reporting, surface water quality monitoring, and public and interdepartmental coordination. Team members work closely with operations, engineering, planning, and maintenance staff, as well as state and federal regulators, to implement regulatory programs, respond to water quality concerns, and support continuous improvement of stormwater and watershed protection efforts.
