Working and diagnostic knowledge of three-phase electricity, diagnosis of electrical and electronic circuits/systems, read electrical schematics, working knowledge of relay ladder logic, and PLC troubleshooting and programming, Knowledge and troubleshooting skills for diagnosis of AC and DC drives and motors, servo motors and drives, stepper motors and drives as well the related encoders, pulse tachometers and resolvers. Troubleshoot and repair various automated production equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, washers, powder coat, assembly, and other types of machines for electronic/electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other failures.
