Satisfaction of the Lead Radiation Therapist requirements plus the need for the performance of duties, including supervision responsibility required of the position, as determined by the Employer, which includes directing, checking, reviewing, assigning, organizing and coordinating the work of Radiation Therapists and students, and the responsibility for training and reporting on the work performance of those assigned Radiation Therapists and students. Operates all radiation therapy equipment, sets-up and treats patients as per physician prescription, maintains patient treatment records, provides instruction to patients, practices radiation safety principles, practices sterile technique and maintains assigned work area.
