Current BLS/CPR certification preferred• Strong knowledge of radiation safety infection control, and patient care protocols• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff• Superb customer service skills to provide ongoing support to patients and their families• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus• Professional appearance and demeanor are always requiredGENERAL EXPECTATIONS:• Behave in a professional manner and consistently demonstrate and promote the values of respect, honesty, and dignity for the patient, families, and all members of team.• QUALIFICATIONS:• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license required• ARRT certification in Radiology (R.T.(R)) required• A minimum of 2 years working experience in a healthcare facility as an x-ray or radiology technician preferred; however, not required.•
