This role serves as the central coordination point for complex stainability programs, including product file updates, quality management processes, post market management, audit readiness, manufacturing enhancements and other strategic compliance projects. Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
