In this role, you will lead rollouts of new Vestmark products and capabilities to advisor and network-partner clients, drive cross-functional readiness (Engineering, Products, QA, Advisory Consultants, Production Support), and build the reporting and templates that keep leadership and the broader team informed. Our PMO blends Agile and traditional methodologies to plan, coordinate, and oversee client-facing product and tool rollouts from kickoff through go-live — managing scope, timeline, risk, and resource allocation while keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned.
