Experience related to hospitality management, brand marketing, promotions and/or sales* Alcohol industry experience preferred * Passion for the spirits industry, marketing, customer engagement and brand-building* Strong storytelling skills and ability to education and inspire up to 25+ individuals* Effective time management and organizational skills* Capable of providing effective input related to consumer, trade, and press events* Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, adventure, and entrepreneurial spirit* High-energy, enthusiasm and a good team player* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written* Education – College preferred* Ability to relocate to Saratoga, WY PREREQUISITES: * 21 Years of Age or Older* Active driver's license* Ability to work off-property as a Distillery representative as-needed * Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays, due to the nature of the business * Must be a resourceful, enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, team atmosphere.
