The position is part-time and the work hours are 8:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:   <ul><li>Recertifications.</li><li>A/P and A/R.</li><li>Processing work orders.  </li><li>Other property management duties as assigned. </li></ul>Your QualificationsExperience in property management is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle including:<ul><li>Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC program is required. </li><li>Proficiency with basic accounting principles. </li><li>COS, C3P or equivalent certification is preferred.</li><li>Microsoft Office proficiency is required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required. </li></ul>Compensation & Benefits:We offer highly competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including great health benefits, 13 paid holidays, vacation time, 401k match, life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, and more.
