This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact pre-construction initiatives, influence cross-functional strategy, and help define the future of rapid delivery infrastructure at massive scale through technical expertise, operational excellence, and end-to-end program ownership. Pre-Construction Manager will own site due diligence, design development, budgeting, permitting strategy, procurement coordination, and pre-construction execution while partnering closely with Real Estate, Design, Construction, Launch, Operations, Legal, and external consultants.
