About You: Maintain strong knowledge of banking and credit union laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance, including ECOA/Regulation B, Fair Housing Act, Interagency Fair Lending Guidelines, HMDA/Regulation C, Regulation Z, RESPA, mortgage servicing requirements, FCRA, SAFE Act, Flood Disaster Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Homeowners Protection Act. Role Summary: Under the direction of the VP of Compliance, the Fair Lending Compliance Lead is responsible for developing, administering, and monitoring the Credit Union's Fair Lending Program and supporting compliance oversight for residential real estate, consumer, commercial, and small-business lending activities.
