The position works with communities, economic development organizations, developers, site selectors, and internal business partners to design program strategies, align utility infrastructure planning, leverage site intelligence and funding opportunities, and coordinate stakeholder engagement in support of business attraction, expansion, customer growth, and sustainable economic development. The Program Supervisor, Economic Development is focused on developing and managing economic development programs that strengthen readiness across Ameren Missouri's service territory by advancing site readiness, infrastructure preparedness, community capacity, and long-term development competitiveness.
