The Real Estate Director will provide a leadership presence for our Worcester office; maintain and grow the Company's network of relationships in the region; help to identify, evaluate and advance acquisitions and investment opportunities; oversee real estate developments; and develop and implement creative leasing and sales strategies for our 200,000 SF+ MA commercial portfolio. Since 2004, the firm has invested over $400 million in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, with a strong focus on low- and moderate-income neighborhoods across the East Coast, including the Washington, DC metro area and Worcester, MA.
