We are seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate in Salem, OR to carry out various tasks in a busy manufacturing environment. The Shipping & Receiving Associate will be responsible for preparing items for shipment, receiving all inbound material, maintaining inventory and supplying all shipping and packaging material to the plant. This specialized worker will be responsible for releasing products from cold storage facilities and scheduling shipments.    What You'll Do: 
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Operating mechanized equipment safely, efficiently, and within specifications.
	</li><li>Loading and unloading materials and finished goods using powered industrial vehicles.
	</li><li>Preparing shipping documentation and records, including generating inbound and outbound shipping labels.
	</li><li>Verifying the accuracy of shipping and receiving orders and records.
	</li><li>Transferring products between cold storage and the manufacturing facility.
	</li><li>Entering and maintaining accurate data in SAP.
	</li><li>Assisting in tracking missing or delayed shipments.
	</li><li>Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.
</li></ul> What You'll Bring: 
The ideal candidate for this role will have: <ul><li>1-2 years of relevant experience.
	</li><li>Forklift experience is a MUST (if you have their own certification, please bring it with you on first day).</li><li>Experience with warehouse management systems or lead type roles in warehouse settings are helpful.

	</li><li>Safely climbing ladders to access high storage areas when needed.
	</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
</li></ul> What Youll Bring: 
The ideal candidate for this role will have: <ul><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanning technology.
	</li><li>High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory precision.
	</li><li>Experience with RF scanners or similar inventory management tools.
	</li><li>Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions.
	</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and assist with team lifts up to 150 lbs.
	</li><li>Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
	</li><li>Physical stamina and willingness to work in a busy warehouse environment, including climbing ladders and maneuvering stock.
	</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.
