This role oversees end-to-end domestic and international transportation, including coordinating time-critical Hotshot drivers, booking Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers through online logistics portals, and preparing accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other required shipping documentation. This position also coordinates and communicates with internal departments, customers, carriers, vendors, and other shipping partners to maintain efficient workflows, resolve transportation issues, and support customer satisfaction.
