The Maintenance Mechanic performs all necessary interior and exterior facility repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, window, and lock work of a 200 bed men’s homeless shelter. Troubleshoots and repairs includes light electrical and plumbing (outlets, switches, light fixtures, washers, seats and stems; drain lines; sinks; tubs; and toilets.
