Under general supervision, the Shipping & Receiving Assistant performs work involving the receipt, checking, storage, inventory, issue, and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies; uses powered or non-powered materials handling equipment and delivery trucks; and prepares and/or files forms associated with receipt, purchasing, and delivery of goods. The campus is within driving distance of Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks, San Francisco, Los Angeles, the Monterey Peninsula, beaches, sailing, lakes, and numerous ski resorts.
