This role provides daily direction to forklift operators, supports staffing and work assignments, monitors safety and shipping performance, and serves as a trainer and coach for employees assigned to the area. The Team Lead works with Operations, Production, Customer Service, Quality, and Maintenance to support accurate inventory movement and timely customer shipments while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
