ul>Experience working in transportation, logistics, warehouse, environmental services, manufacturing, or industrial environment; Experience preparing shipping documents, manifests, bills of lading, or hazardous waste documentation; Experience using inventory management, ERP, or waste documentation; Knowledge of DOT, EPA, RCRA, or hazardous waste shipping documentation requirements; Experience supporting shipping, receiving, transportation, or laboratory operations; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data tracking and reporting; Physical Requirements.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and document management skills; Effective verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Ability to follow established procedures while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company requirements; Preferred Qualifications.
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, providing support to our warehouse team, and maintaining accurate records. - Assist with daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
