As a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator on the Accounting team, a typical day for you will include: <ul><li>Execute Excellence: Process complex, exception-based invoices in Concur and Dynamics 365 with high-level precision. </li><li>Manage Capital: Prepare and release vendor payments (ACH, EFT, wire transfers, and checks) while reviewing weekly AP aging to identify cash flow risks. </li><li>Lead Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor and internal inquiries, ensuring professional and timely solutions. </li><li>Ensure Accuracy: Perform account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and provide critical support for audit requests and month-end/year-end close. </li><li>Drive Innovation: Proactively identify process gaps and assist in implementing modern AP workflows. </li><li>Mentor Others: Train and provide guidance to AP Coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. </li></ul> Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.
