The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, industry expert, storyteller, and content creator who helps clients understand the value of FIS solutions across Prepaid, Card Fraud, Chargebacks, Digital Issuing, Loyalty, NYCE, Payments Edge, and Ethos, while leveraging modern AI-powered tools such as Coast and Synthesia to deliver differentiated customer experiences and drive revenue growth. Direct experience supporting or selling: NYCE network services, Payments Edge solutions, Ethos capabilities, Loyalty and rewards platforms, Prepaid payment solutions, Card fraud and risk management products, Chargeback and dispute management solutions, or Digital issuing platforms.
