Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and hire Class A, Class B, and non-CDL drivers Manage applicant pipelines using Tenstreet and other recruiting platforms Maintain job postings and build relationships with driving schools and recruiting partners Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities Track driver licenses, medical cards, and other compliance-related documentation Maintain records in Tenstreet, Paycom, Geotab, and other transportation systems Support transportation leadership with driver compliance, evaluations, and recruiting initiatives Travel periodically to company locations, recruiting events, and driving schools as needed requiring occasional Saturday work.
