This role will have a strong international focus, primarily supporting recruitment for positions outside the U.S., while also supporting hiring needs across the U.S. In this position, you will work directly with hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR Business Partners to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives and workforce planning initiatives. These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.
