ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Review resumes, application and pre-screening questionnaires as part of the screening processSchedule and conduct pre-screening interviews, evaluate responses using established scripts and guidelinesScreen driver applicants to determine if they meet minimum hiring criteria; contact the applicant by phone to complete the screening processResponsible for freight handler application initial review and submission to hiring managersResponsible for setting pay for step progression employees, processing offer letters, drug screen processing, criminal reviews, process hiring paperwork (electronic and hard copies) and complete all internal and external data entryMonitor I-. completion, E-Verify processing, regular compliance audits and document findingsWork with hiring manager to determine specific requirements for job postingsPerform all procedures related to the ATS process, e.g., maintenance of job requisitions, coordination of job listing process, submission of applications to hiring managers and facilitation of disposition processRespond to applicant inquiries and send rejection communications to applicantsProvide follow-up correspondence to hiring managers, applicants/candidates and other FXF partnersComply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/proceduresPerform other duties as required.
