Facilitates end-to-end recruiting for non-store associates which includes, but is not limited to, phone screening, conducting the background check, checking references, composing the offer letter, assisting with ordering of company provided tools and facilitating non-store orientation, as needed. To properly perform the duties of this position as outlined above, it is essential that the individual be able to meet the following physical demands: Ability to communicate to and with store managers, associates, candidates, and other external stakeholders in a manner consistent with business needs.
