Work with Recruiting Manager in associated support activities such as organizing resumes, making calls, setting up interviews, performing associated data entry and recordkeeping work, pre-qualification activities, setting up testing and screenings, tracking candidate status in Cajun’s CMTS program, referrals, etc. Perform day-to-day recruiting activities associated with the sourcing, coordinating, screening, qualifying, interviewing, handling offers, and hiring candidates for open positions.
