Job DescriptionA Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within an organization, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. They play a key role in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Human Resources Manager Well respected Consumer Goods manufacturer seeks a passionate, highly engaged Plant Human Resources Manager for one of their key facilities.As HR Manager, you will be a critical member of the leadership team and a strong business partner, working with leadership to enhance culture and employee engagement for their approx. 350 employees.Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, you will manage 3 direct reports all areas of HR including employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, compensation, and continuous improvement.This is a highly visible role that has both strategic and tactical components.Location: Macon, MO. Relocation offeredCompensation: Pay Range:$90,000-$117,000 + 10% Bonus +9% 40k match + excellent relocation + outstanding benefits.What Impact Will You Have on our Business?<ul><li>Provide guidance on HR aspects of plant operations.</li><li>Resolve employee relations issues.</li><li>Drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.</li><li>Manage staffing processes, including recruitment and onboarding.</li><li>Implement and audit HR procedures.</li><li>Identify training needs and oversee training programs.</li><li>Ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>Lead cultural assessments and action plan execution.</li><li>Oversee performance reviews and salary planning.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree.</li><li>5+ yrs related HR experience in manufacturing.</li><li>5+ yrs supervisory/management experience in a production plant</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and peers.</li></ul>Why is This a Great OpportunityGreat company, excellent benefits, good opportunities for promotion.
