Develop relationships and attend regular career table events with local technical colleges, trade schools, and workforce development organizations, military transition programs, and community partners to create sustainable talent pipelines. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and identify talent for positions across property management, facilities maintenance, real estate advisory, architecture, marketing, research, and corporate operations.
