Manages full-cycle recruitment processes and partners with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring outcomes.

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support Support end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume hiring (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring processes Screen resumes and conduct candidate outreach and pre-qualification calls Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports Maintain job postings and job description updates across multiple platforms Assist in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and pipeline-building initiatives Maintain hiring metrics tracking such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, interview turnaround times, and onboarding completion Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure recruiting process visibility and follow-up Partner with HR and operations teams to support workforce ramp-up initiatives and urgent staffing needs Support sourcing and employer branding initiatives Onboarding & HR Administration Support onboarding logistics (offer letters, documentation, scheduling onboarding sessions) Ensure completion and compliance of new hire documentation Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality Assist with background checks and pre-employment processes Provide administrative HR support as needed Operational & Ad Hoc HR Support Assist with HR projects related to workforce planning and process improvement Support employee lifecycle activities as needed (offboarding, internal mobility, etc.) Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes Provide support to the HR team during peak workload periods Other duties may be assigned.
