p>The Corporate Recruiter is expected to proactively develop talent pipelines, maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure critical positions are filled with high-quality candidates who contribute to the long-term success of the organization. As a condition of employment, the Corporate Recruiter must devote their professional recruiting efforts exclusively to Restaurant Depot and may not engage in recruiting, talent acquisition consulting, candidate placement, advisory services, or similar employment-related activities for any other company, individual, or organization without prior written approval from the Company.
