Hands-on experience with DLS, Ribogreen assay, microfluidics mixing, TFF, cell culture, HPLC/UPLC, UV-Vis, fluorescence, viscometer, chromatography, electrophoresis (cIEF, MCE-SDS, SDS-PAGE), imaging/microscopy techniques (MFI, SEM), and other analytical techniques relevant for biologics characterization. Support evaluation of novel excipients (including viscosity-reducing agents, surfactants, and preservatives), drug delivery approaches (including sustained-release, alternative routes of administration, and high-concentration formulations), and novel drug-device combination products.
