The Provider Recruiter is analytical and strategic in driving the provider recruitment process, and uses strong organization and communication skills and detail orientation to ensure an exceptional experience for Saint Francis leaders, providers, colleagues, and candidates. The Provider Recruiter sources, screens, and facilitates the interview process for provider candidates, and works closely with Saint Francis leadership and providers to assist in the selection and onboarding processes.
