Reporting to the Head of Americas Talent Acquisition, this role will: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts supporting a high-priority manufacturing hiring ramp, with an emphasis on non-exempt manufacturing, production, technician, and operations positions at the Santa Rosa site. This position will partner closely with manufacturing leaders, Business HR, Talent Acquisition, local schools, workforce development and veteran organizations, and community partners to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.
