The Physician Recruiter is a strategic partner who works directly with PMMG leadership, key internal stakeholders, and the departments to develop, implement, and facilitate recruitment and placement strategies and staffing services for the individual recruitments, including advertising, sourcing, personally screening candidates via phone, interviewing candidates in-person to determine organizational fit, extending the financial offer, complex compensation negotiation, and contract execution in collaboration with Penn's Office of General Counsel. · Acts as the primary liaison with external parties contracted to develop advertising/marketing campaigns for the recruitment of hard to fill positions; evaluates the results of advertising and recommends changes when necessary; actively participates in the development and maintenance of recruitment/marketing materials.
