Key Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies • Support recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication • Manage onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientation, and system setup • Provide payroll support by assisting with data entry, timekeeping, and coordination with payroll providers • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation • Serve as a bilingual point of contact for employees, supporting clear communication in both English and Spanish • Assist with HR projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed to support business growth Qualifications • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR support role • Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • High School Diploma or equivalent required; furthering education in HR is a plus .
