Lead Multiple Locations: Provide operational leadership and oversight for multiple lumberyards/building material locations, ensuring each location meets company expectations for sales, service, profitability, safety, and operational execution. The Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the region, working closely with location managers to establish expectations, improve execution, develop teams, control costs, and drive profitable growth.
