We are equally interested in bank operators - people who have worked inside a bank in credit, underwriting, lending or loan operations, portfolio management, middle-office or business-line roles - and consulting and advisory professionals who have delivered transformation, operating model, process or technology change for banks, ideally within corporate or commercial banking specifically. Relevant experience through one of two tracks: consulting, advisory or transformation project delivery, ideally within corporate or commercial banking; or hands-on experience in corporate, commercial or SME banking, bank operations, lending operations, or middle-office functions, with experience owning a workstream/initiative end-to-end or managing and developing others.
