This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to create a safe, compliant, and healthy workplace while ensuring on-time production of hollow metal doors and frames and upholding strong risk management and environmental stewardship. You will own and drive the site’s EHS performance across incident prevention, regulatory compliance, training, audits, contractor safety, and sustainability, and partner with operations, maintenance, quality, and HR to embed safety into planning, change management, and daily work.
