This care team consists of a professional community, working to ensure patient care needs are met: Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Medical Assistants (MA), Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA), Diabetic Educator, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Dietitian, and Secretaries. Anchored by the academic Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, the system includes the NCI-designated Dartmouth Cancer Center, Dartmouth Health Children’s; member hospitals, and 30 Dartmouth Hitchcock ambulatory clinics across the region.
