p>HELPS: Candidates from outside or within State Service can be considered for hire under the Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement Statewide (HELPS) program as a Registered Nurse Supervisor I Rehab if they have possession of a license and current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State; and three years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute rehabilitation, acute inpatient critical care, or medical surgical setting.
