Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members, the Oncology Triage Nurse assesses patient needs, prioritizes concerns based on clinical urgency, and facilitates appropriate interventions. This role is responsible for responding to patient calls, symptom concerns, treatment-related questions, and electronic inquiries in a timely, efficient, and compassionate manner, ensuring patients receive appropriate guidance and care coordination throughout their oncology journey.
