Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines, perform point-of-care testing, and collect and handle specimens within the scope of practice as determined by the Nurse Practice Act of the appropriate state. Educates patient on self-management activities, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness based on the plan of care designed collaboratively with Provider(s).
