The RN demonstrates responsibility for continued competence in nursing practice, and develops insight through reflection, self-analysis, self-care, and lifelong learning This position provides continuity of care for scheduled outpatient infusion therapies including chemotherapy, biologic agents, IVIG, albumin, blood products, and other infusion services. The RN collaborates with providers, pharmacy, laboratory, scheduling, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely treatment, optimize patient outcomes, and enhance the outpatient experience while supporting operational efficiency within Women's & Children's Services.
