Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed Level 3b NICU, caring for patients across all gestational ages including premature infants, sepsis, therapeutic cooling, and substance abuse/withdrawal cases. Operate and monitor ventilatory support equipment including Aveya ventilators, bubble CPAP, Vapotherm, and oscillators, as well as Phillips monitoring systems.
