Works in a hospital outpatient environment with high acuity patients, multi-disciplinary clinical teams, complex clinic structures, procedures, imaging, and/or diagnostic testing. Performs a variety of general clerical functions including, but not limited to, answering the telephone, communicating messages through email or Epic, and making reminder calls.
