The successful candidate will bring extensive general contractor estimating experience, strong technical knowledge of multifamily construction, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. This position is responsible for developing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates, managing the bidding and preconstruction process, evaluating project risks, coordinating subcontractor and vendor pricing, and delivering competitive proposals within established timelines.
