Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum of 2 years of experience; required Trauma Level II experience; prior travel experience within the past 12 months; required COVID-19 vaccination and booster, with medical or religious exemptions considered; competency in acute rehabilitation nursing, care of ventilated patients, central line and port care, blood glucose monitoring, anticoagulation therapy, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, cardiac arrest management, stroke scale assessment, tracheostomy care, wound care, feeding tube management, seizure precautions, fall prevention, patient mobility, and administration of blood and blood products. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; acute inpatient rehabilitation experience; neuro or stroke unit experience; prior charge experience; prior teaching facility experience; community facility experience; Trauma Level I experience; experience with the Epic charting system.
