Excellent communication, creativity, problem-solving, evaluation of services and time management skills; Ability to be flexible, handle multiple tasks, maintain a professional demeanor, and showempathy; A willingness to obtain necessary continuing training/education for Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification maintenance; or if not a CRC certificate holder, a willingness to work toward becoming eligible to sit for the CRC examination. Agency preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Deaf Education, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field, plus one (1) year of experience working with individuals who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or DeafBlind, preferably in a vocational rehabilitation setting.
