Five (5) years professional work experience in real estate, public housing, housing related programs or a related field, 2 or more years' experience in a managerial capacity, 2 or more years' experience in human service setting administering community-based housing for special needs populations, affordable housing programs and/or housing subsidy programs. The Housing Manager is responsible for defining, implementing and overseeing the Housing Department, for the region assigned to include researching, assessing for, planning, coordinating, developing, acquiring supportive housing opportunities to meet the needs of the clients served by Telecare.
