The initiative, Root Cause Elimination (RCE), will build an intelligent, end-to-end system that brings together seller signals across contacts, escalations, audits, and other mechanisms and uses AI to generate insights, identify and consolidate root causes, quantify and prioritize their impact, recommend preventive actions, and continuously validate whether those interventions eliminated the underlying seller problem. You will partner deeply with Engineering and Science to define LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, machine-learning models, human-in-the-loop mechanisms, and AI evaluation frameworks, while building experiences that enable Policy and Program teams to turn AI-generated intelligence into action.
