Working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), third-party vendors, and agency leadership, the Fleet Training & Development Manager oversees the creation of customized curricula, manages the City's new Fleet Academy, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. Works with Agency Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Training Program Development & Management Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for technicians and operators, covering topics from basic operation to advanced technical repairs.
